We are seeking a freelance Chartered Building Surveyor
We are seeking an individual who can support the following types of projects:
- Estimating dilapidations for budgeting purposes and preparing schedules of condition
- Defending clients against dilapidations claims
- Designing clauses to curtail repairing obligations
Our clients are mostly in the production, distribution and office sectors.
Applicants are expected to be MRICS qualified
As client situations can emerge randomly travel to sites will be required. Usually sites are accessible by public transport.
This role will suit a freelancer who is seeking to add SBM to their portfolio of clients.
