SBM operates a number of models based in Excel that require continual revision and maintenance.

Primarily support is required in relation to making client proposals.

The Excel Specialist will work with our team to create bespoke proposals based on our Excel templates.

The role includes managing the information, saving and cataloguing the work and  improving the presentations. The role will appeal to someone who enjoys Excel.

Approx 2 hours per day, 5 days a week.

The Diary Manager will oversee the calendars of the SBM team making sure that regular Teams calls and client meetings are scheduled.

They will manage the appointments and attendee programme until the diarised event has been completed.

1 hour per day, 5 days per week.

The Timesheet Administrator will ensure that time recorded by our teams matches the outcomes that were promised to our clients.

The successful candidate will support the team in the regular use of the timesheet system, coaching the team and introducing new members.

In the first few days of each month they will consolidate and organise all the timesheets in readiness for the accounts team to prepare invoices.

1 hour per day for 5 days a week. The first week of the month will require 2 hours per day.

The Dropbox and Filing Manager will manage project related documentation and filing from emails.

This needs on average 2 hours per day. (flexible working)

SBM has built up a series of connections over the last 20 plus years which are contained within our CRM.

The Contact Manager will input new contacts and ensure the the CRM is kept up to date.

2 hours per day 5 days a week. (flexible working)

We are seeking an Events Coordinator who is capable of engaging with the SBM team and clients to organise and attend events

This will include venue selection, meeting and greeting, listening and bringing people together and following up.

They will work closely with the Diary Manager to ensure that time is optimised and that new openings for SBM and clients are efficiently brought forward to the next logical stage.

Some of the work can be carried out during office hours and some of it outside office hours. The successful candidate will be expected to travel with overnight stays on some occasions.

1 hour per day, 5 days per week and increasing substantially for events.

 

You will join our current team of specialist researchers to find property opportunities for our clients.

Our clients do not like to advertise their presence in the markets and frequently instruct SBM to undertake property research on their behalf.

Online research can be undertaken during office hours but the telephone research will be carried out during the office hours.

We will train the successful candidate in how to optimise their research.

1 – 4 hours per day, 5 days per week.
