We have an incredible opportunity for an Assistant Coordinator to join SBM.

We need an individual to be a friendly and professional connection between our teams and senior management as well as our clients.

This is a highly mobile role where the successful applicant is willing to travel to meet clients.

Role requirements:

  • Reliable point of contact across all projects:
    • Inputting internal and external project calls
    • Joining the team onsite inspections/meetings UK or further afield
    • Preparing the senior team for client meetings – in person or by video
    • Project research; including previous project history
    • Reviewing documentation and extracting key information
    • Instigating actions around critical dates in contracts
    • File correctly all project/company documentation
  • Liaising directly with existing and future clients
  • Preparing for current and new business meetings (research)
  • Liaising directly with internal and external employees
  • Track and coorinate projects through the ISP, Asana and Harvest
  • Travel to client locations
