We have an incredible opportunity for an Assistant Coordinator to join SBM.
We need an individual to be a friendly and professional connection between our teams and senior management as well as our clients.
This is a highly mobile role where the successful applicant is willing to travel to meet clients.
Role requirements:
- Reliable point of contact across all projects:
- Inputting internal and external project calls
- Joining the team onsite inspections/meetings UK or further afield
- Preparing the senior team for client meetings – in person or by video
- Project research; including previous project history
- Reviewing documentation and extracting key information
- Instigating actions around critical dates in contracts
- File correctly all project/company documentation
- Liaising directly with existing and future clients
- Preparing for current and new business meetings (research)
- Liaising directly with internal and external employees
- Track and coorinate projects through the ISP, Asana and Harvest
- Travel to client locations
