Driven by a successful career in real estate and an entrepreneurial vision, Stephen founded SBM in 1999 in a desire to provide corporate real estate representation dedicated to tenants, effectively eliminating the conflicts of interest frequently associated with landlord representation.
With over 30 years of corporate real estate experience and a strong passion for problem-solving, Stephen leads and inspires his team to uphold the highest standards of integrity, responsibility, creativity, resourcefulness, flexibility, and courage in delivering exceptional service to all their client-related endeavours.
